Comments:KHA, a voluntary, nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, was founded in 1994 to give financial support to Ethiopian immigrant graduate students wishing to obtain a Master’s and/or Doctorate degree. Later, in 1997, the scope of KHA’s activities was expanded to cover working parents seeking a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic professional qualification. Recipients of KHA grants are required to assist educational or social projects within their community, thereby contributing directly, and by example, to the integration and progress of Ethiopian immigrants.
