Comments:Public recognition: The President’s Award for Volunteers for 1995; Awards for volunteers from Lions and Rotary. The unique population of Tal Haim volunteers – comprised of CIS and Ethiopian immigrants, veteran Israelis, religious and non-religious, children and pensioners, wealthy and poor – is itself witness to the special work that the Association has carried out. In addition, various municipalities and organizations have asked to copy our model.
